DELIVERY, PICK-UP AND SET-UP POLICY

• Delivery, Pick-up and Set-up costs are additional depending on item and distance.

• $100 merchandise minimum for delivery. Smaller orders are welcome with customer pickup/return.

• 25% reservation deposit. Deposit reserves your inventory and event date and is non-refundable. Remaining balance is

due the day of the event.

• Card on file. A valid card may be kept on file for loss, damage, excessive cleaning or missing items.

• Multi-day pricing: generally 1.5x the daily rate for two days; additional days typically +50% of the daily rate.

• Weather: tents provide shade and light-rain protection only. Afterglow may decline or remove outdoor equipment when wind

or severe weather creates a safety risk.

• Heaters: outdoor or approved properly ventilated use only. Fuel and venue restrictions should be confirmed before booking. Fuel sold separately.
